Congressman Cresent Hardy (NV-4) today released the following statement:

"This is more of the same from a president who insists on pushing through his agenda by ignoring appropriate procedure. I will continue to investigate the legitimacy of the President's actions but if the White House has specific proposals it believes are worth considering, it should go through the proper channels and work with Congress," said Congressman Hardy.
